License Agreement

License Agreement

License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Sublima UI for your personal and commercial projects, subject to the terms of this Agreement. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute the Sublima UI to any third party.

What you can do (Solo and Team licenses):

  • Design websites and web applications for yourself or your clients.

  • Create commercial SaaS applications and websites with paid subscriptions for end users.

  • Utilize Sublima UI components and assets to build unique and customized user interfaces.

Solo license limitations:

  • Sublima UI access is restricted to the single user who purchased the license. You cannot share the license or item link publicly.

Team license limitations (Up to 10 users):

  • Sublima UI access is restricted to the team size specified in your license, with a maximum of 10 users. For teams larger than 10 members, you can purchase the Enterprise package.

What you can't do:

Resell or distribute Sublima UI:
You cannot sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise grant access to the Sublima UI files or assets (original or modified) to third parties.

  • Create reusable UI kits: Do not use Sublima UI components to build UI kits, libraries, templates, or frameworks for use in other software or design platforms.

  • Public distribution: Sublima UI files and assets cannot be distributed or published online in any form.

Examples of prohibited uses:

Sharing the Sublima UI item link publicly or embedding it with Figma public access.

  • Distributing Sublima UI design files as-is within your final product.

  • Redistributing Sublima UI as stock assets, design tools/templates, or with source files included.

  • Creating and selling templates or libraries for other platforms using Sublima UI components (e.g., Shopify, Adobe XD, Framer, Webflow, etc.), even if modified.

  • Redistributing or making available Sublima UI with only superficial modifications.

  • Allowing end users of your final product to extract and use Sublima UI components separately.

Solo license additional restriction:

Sharing edit permissions with other users is prohibited. If you require access for multiple users, please purchase a Team License.

Examples of uses not allowed (Solo & Team):

Sharing or publishing Sublima UI files or assets online in any form.

  • Sharing Sublima UI with users who haven't purchased a separate license.

  • Creating and selling UI kits, themes, templates, or design systems based on Sublima UI components (even if modified).

  • Using Sublima UI to create competing templates or design products for free or paid distribution.
